We use it only to receive and reply to Instagram Direct Messages that a person starts with @tiendacamion. Replies are text plus Instagram quick replies (menus). A human agent can take over the thread from our ops console.

Esta app es a la vez una experiencia automática y un inbox propio. Omni responde en tiempo real los DMs de Instagram de nuestra cuenta Professional (hoy @tiendacamion, página Tiendacamion.com). El handle puede cambiar en el futuro (p. ej. a @redpostventa) en la MISMA cuenta Professional / mismo negocio; el permiso se usa solo para DMs de esa cuenta, no de terceros. Un humano puede tomar el hilo desde https://eco20-admin-production.up.railway.app/platform/omni. Para iniciar: abrir https://ig.me/m/tiendacamion?ref=app-review o escribir a @tiendacamion. Hilos nuevos: ice breakers (Busco repuestos / Cotizar SOAT / Busco talleres / Hola — ver menú). Hilos existentes: menú persistente con los mismos cuatro comandos. El menú «Hola» muestra módulos (repuestos, vehículos, financiación, SOAT, talleres, RUNT, permutas, pedidos). Comandos de prueba: «Hola», «busco repuestos», «quiero cotizar seguro o SOAT», «busco talleres aliados», «Hola, necesito pastillas de freno para un tracto». Multimedia: foto, video, nota de voz, post/reel o mención en story → acuse + quick replies (publicar vehículo / revisar póliza / busco repuestos / cotizar SOAT). Unsend: message.is_deleted se registra y no se responde. No publicamos en el feed, no leemos stories ajenas y no usamos este permiso para anuncios.

How to test (reviewer)

  1. Open https://ig.me/m/tiendacamion?ref=app-review or message @tiendacamion. On a new thread, tap an ice breaker: Busco repuestos, Cotizar SOAT, Busco talleres, or Hola — ver menú. On an existing thread, use the persistent menu (same four commands, includingHola — ver menú).
  2. Commands that trigger text + quick replies: Hola (module menu: Repuestos, Vehículos, Financiación, Seguros y SOAT, Talleres, RUNT, Permutas, Mis pedidos, Hablar con Harry) · busco repuestos · quiero cotizar seguro o SOAT · busco talleres aliados · Hola, necesito pastillas de freno para un tracto.
  3. Tap a quick reply. Omni continues in the same thread.
  4. Rich media: send a photo, a short video, a voice note, a SOAT/policy PDF, share a post/reel, or mention @tiendacamion in a story. Omni acknowledges the file and offers quick replies (publish vehicle, review policy, parts, SOAT). Tapping Revisar póliza starts the policy-type menu (SOAT / comprehensive). A policy PDF starts the optimizer; photos in an active listing draft are attached to it.
  5. Unsend: delete one of your DMs. The webhook arrives with message.is_deleted; Omni logs it and does not reply.
  6. Data deletion: write Quiero eliminar mis datos or open https://www.redpostventa.com/eliminar-datos.

Until Advanced Access is granted, Instagram may only deliver DMs from App testers. The Business account itself is real (@tiendacamion), not a Meta test user.

Required URLs (same domain)

The deletion callback accepts Meta's signed_request and returns { url, confirmation_code }. Status is the instructions page with ?code=.

RedPostventa Omni atiende a transportadores y flotas por Instagram DM en nuestra cuenta Professional (hoy @tiendacamion; el @ puede cambiar, p. ej. @redpostventa, sin cambiar de cuenta ni de negocio). Pedimos instagram_manage_messages para recibir y responder esos DMs: repuestos, SOAT/póliza, talleres, RUNT, vehículos/permutas/subastas, crédito, carrito/pedidos y OC B2B. No publicamos en el feed, no leemos stories ajenas ni usamos el permiso para anuncios. Inbox humano en /platform/omni. Política: /privacidad. Borrado: /eliminar-datos.

Graph API no somete App Review. Abrí App Review → Permissions de RPV Omni (app 1587640426364585) y pedí solo instagram_manage_messages (a veces instagram_business_manage_messages). Un screencast por permiso. Guía: Apps for your own business.

  1. App en Live. Producto Instagram configurado.
  2. Webhooks: callback https://agent-omni-production.up.railway.app/webhook/meta-channels. Campos messages y messaging_postbacks en instagram + page.
  3. URLs same-domain: privacy /privacidad, instructions /eliminar-datos, callback /api/meta/data-deletion, deauthorize /api/meta/deauthorize.
  4. Formulario: Platform Website → https://www.redpostventa.com. Credentials vacío. IG @tiendacamion. Primary experience Automated. Pegá Description y Justification de esta misma página.
  5. Screencast 1080p, URL visible, cuenta Business real @tiendacamion (no test user de Meta). El DM sale de un tester (havizca). Guion 3–4 min, una toma:
    1. 0:00 App RPV Omni → permiso. Decir: solo este permiso, cuenta hoy @tiendacamion.
    2. 0:20 Webhooks (messages + messaging_postbacks) en instagram y page.
    3. 0:40 DM ig.me/m/tiendacamion?ref=app-review. Hilo nuevo: ice breaker «Busco repuestos». Hilo viejo: menú persistente o «Hola». Luego «Hola, necesito pastillas de freno para un tracto».
    4. 1:20 Tap quick reply (Repuestos / SOAT / Talleres).
    5. 1:50 Foto. Tap «Revisar póliza» (SOAT / todo riesgo).
    6. 2:10 Unsend de tu mensaje: no debe responder.
    7. 2:30 Admin /platform/omni → respuesta humana en el DM.
    8. 3:10 Abrí /privacidad, /eliminar-datos y esta página. Cerrar.
  6. Subí el MP4 y Submit. No pidas permisos extra.
  7. Tras el OK de Meta: Advanced Access y sacar modo testers.

Hasta Advanced Access, Instagram solo entrega DMs de testers (havizca). No muestres tokens ni variables de Railway.
